Due to the nature of our work, it is impossible to process returns as the products are customized. Once an item has been customized, it can no longer be returned.
If you do purchase a blank product from us to be customized and it is faulty, we can then discuss return or replacement options.
For items brought in to us, items we did not procure for customization, we cannot replace. We DO, however, guarantee our work.
So, for example, if you bring us a hat to embroider on and the hat somehow gets a hole in it (theoretically speaking) from the machine, we cannot replace your hat. BUT if you bring us a new hat , we will re-do the work for no additional cost
